Research interests

My research interests are primarily in fixed-parameter tractable (FPT) algorithms. More specifically, I mostly (but do not exclusively) work on temporal graphs, temporal graph parameters, and (logical) meta-theorems.

My academic journey

I am a final-year PhD student in the Formal Analysis, Theory and Algorithms research section of the School of Computing Science at the University of Glasgow. My supervisors are Prof. Kitty Meeks and Dr Jessica Enright. My thesis title will be "Parameterised Algorithms for Temporal Graph Problems". I am funded by a University of Glasgow Minerva teaching scholarship.

Interested in temporal graphs? Take a look at my friend Michelle Döring's Temporal Graph Wiki.

I was also recently a visiting student in the Combinatorics, Optimization and Theory of Computing group in the Instituto de Matemática, Estatística e Ciência da Computação at Universidade de São Paulo, supervised by Prof. Benjamin Bumpus.

I graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2021 with an MSci in Mathematics.

Other activities

I am a co-lead and local committee member of the Piscopia Initiative. In my spare time, I love to read and listen to live music.
